Gold Coast PHN is an independent, not-for-profit organisation, funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health and Aged Care.

We are committed to building a healthy, connected, and resilient community and do this by working with General Practice, pharmacists, nurses, allied health professionals, residential aged care facilities, hospitals and an array of secondary care providers to keep Gold Coasters out of hospital living happier, healthier and longer in the community.
